4. No Directive- Feathered Boa

 

Notation- The lightweight texture of Kleenex maded me think of feathers. I cut tons of feathers out of tissue and began to arrange them into a boa. After a lot of time cutting and detangling feathers, I got my desired look, a Kleenex boa.
